This example for The School Leadership group supporting all school leadership hiring - Principals, Assistance Principals, Executive Principals - shows the candidate funnel at every key juncture in the recruiting and selection process. Potential jeopardies are highlighted - before a potential miss occurs, rather than after the problem arises. Candidate application tracking is comprehensive and a complete archive of all communication is readily accessible in the TSN System. In this example, a given candidate has a long history of applying for various district vacancies - this is important information in understanding the wholeness of a candidates engagement with a district. This TSN implementation is all about system integration - in this example, complete integration with a District's ERP System - PeopleSoft. School budgets and vacancy allotments are entered into PeopleSoft and then dynamically integrated with TSN to ensure that only valid, approved, funded vacancies are posted and accessible to candidates. Complete school rosters are also posted for Principals for a complete view of school staffing. As candidates apply for given vacancies, hiring managers are able to view applications, screening and assessment information, work history, finger print data and any other relevant information - all in the TSN System - to allow for optimal candidate selection - expedient communication and robust documentation. Moreover, immediate confirmation of submission and robust ongoing communications archives and candidate portals are presented so parents can tarck applications every step of the way!
